Represent Warren Lacrosse at YOUR Homecoming Parade!  
We Need School Spirit, Enthusiasm & Creativity
On September 21st the 2008 “Once Upon A Time” Homecoming Parade will step off in Gurnee.  Warren Lacrosse will participate in the parade!  Help represent for the newest Team sport at Warren!  Boys & Girls are welcome to participate!  We need help designing a “float” and organizing a group of students to represent Warren Lacrosse.  Contact wala@warrenlax.org if you would like to participate.

1960—2008
It is with profound sadness that we pass along the news that Ron Sprague, has passed away.  Our thoughts and prayers go out to the Sprague family.  
Funeral services for Ronald K. "Coach Ron" Sprague, 48, will be held at 10 a.m. Thursday, Aug. 28, at St. Paul the Apostle Church, 6401 Gages Lake Road, Gurnee.  Deacon Mike Penich will officiate. Burial will be in Ascension Cemetery.  Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Wednesday, at Marsh Funeral Home, 305 N. Cemetery Road, Gurnee, and from 9 a.m. until the time of the services Thursday, at the church. Born Aug. 13, 1960, in Highland Park, he died Sunday, Aug. 24, 2008, at home.  Ron was a farm stand manager at Jewel Osco for 30 years. He was a football coach, softball coach and Little League coach for Warren Township for nine years.  He was the beloved husband for 23 years of Shari; loving father of Sara and Michael; dear son of Kenneth and Marilyn; fond brother of Michael (Chris); and loving grandson of Mildred Gieseke.  He also leaves his dear mother-in-law, Charlotte Hitz; and many nieces and nephews. For information, 847-336-0127.
